Sheldon "Shelly" Kaufman Obituary (1922 - 2016)

Sheldon “Shelly” Kaufman, age 94, passed away on August 20, 2016. Preceded in death by his parents, Murray and Florence Kaufman. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Marie Kaufman; sons, Jamie Kaufman and Brian Kaufman and numerous relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at 12:30pm on Tuesday, August 23 at Temple Israel, 5419 E. Broad St. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn – Temple Israel section. Shiva will be observed at home of Jamie and Brian Kaufman on Tuesday and Wednesday from 5 - 9 pm. In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to the Richard M. Ross Heart Hospital, 660 Ackerman Rd. Columbus 43218.
