Marjorie K. Weisberg Obituary (1929 - 2015)

Marjorie K. Weisberg, age 85, passed away on March 27, 2015. Preceded in death by parents, Samuel and Lena Kapner; beloved siblings, Sanford, Thomas, Allan, Ruth Ann and Betty and adored son, Robert Samuel Mendel. Survived by daughters, Sandra Mendel Furman of Columbus, Nancy Mendel Salander, of Columbus, Lynne Mendel Buckner, San Jose, CA, Cathy Mendel, Atlanta, Ga; grandchildren, Daniel Seth Mendel, Allison Beth Mendel, Alana Furman, Michael Andrew Buckner and Eric Morris Salander and beloved nieces and nephews and cousins. Marjorie loved beauty, the sun, laughter, people, Mahjong, Chinese and most other food, animals, falling in love, her children and grandchildren. Deepest appreciation to Wexner Heritage Village staff too numerous to name for many years of loving and gracious care. Graveside services will be held at 1:30pm on Sunday, March 29th at NEW AGUDAS ACHIM CEMETERY, 2565 Performance Pkwy. with Rabbi Cary Kozberg officiating. Donations preferred to the Associate Fund at Wexner Heritage Village or Alzheimer's Association.
