Marilyn A. Blackstone

Marilyn Blackstone, 67, of Granville, passed away Sunday, April 18, 2010 at her home with her family at her side, following an extended battle with cancer. She was born on June 1, 1942 in Brooklyn New York. Marilyn was retired from the Department of Defense, after 37 years of service as an HR specialist (classification). She is preceded in death by her father Nathan Levine. She is survived by her husband of 48 years, John; daughter, Shari (Greg) Swonger; sons, Michael, Ron, Steve (Tara), and Brian (Stacey) Blackstone; mother, Roslyn Levine; brother, Richie (Carol) Levine; sister, Barbara Levine; brother in law, Bob Blackstone; grandchildren, Elliott, Emily, Adrian, Abigail, Audrey, Anna Kate, Alex, Daniel, Sydney and Chloe.

Graveside service 10 am Tuesday, April 20, 2010 at New Temple Israel Cemetery (2565 Performance Parkway, Columbus Ohio, 43207, 5th gate entrance), with Rabbi Howard Apothaker officiating. Family will receive friends Tuesday after the service from 12 pm - 2 pm, at the home of Brian and Stacey Blackstone.
