Kelly R. Flaherty Obituary (1957 - 2015)

Kelly R. Flaherty, age 57, passed away on December 5, 2015. Preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Jean Flaherty. He is survived by his wife, Sandra; daughters, Melaina and Madison; brothers, Robert (Carol), Patrick, John (Cindy); sister, Martha (Kevin) Halub; mother-in-law, Sherron Lazarus; nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Memorial services will be held at 5:00pm on Saturday, December 19 at TEMPLE BETH SHALOM, 5089 Johnstown Rd. with Rabbi Howard Apothaker officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations are preferred to the Melaina and Madison Flaherty Education Fund at PNC Bank, 5150 N. Hamilton Rd., Columbus 43230.
