Judith H. Hoffman Obituary (1953 - 2012)

Judith H. Hoffman, age 58, passed away on March 30, 2012. Preceded in death by her father, Max Hoffman. Survived by her mother, Shirley Hoffman; brothers, Robert (Carol Schar) and Richard (Brooke); nephews, Adam (Jenny) and Kody; niece, Tiffany (Michael); uncle, Martin (Geraldine) Hoffman; aunts, Adele Benjamin and Jean Goldman and numerous cousins. Graveside service 1:00p.m. on Tuesday, April 3rd at NEW BETH JACOB CEMETERY, 2565 Performance Pkwy with Rabbi Avi Goldstein and Cantor Jeffrey Siegel officiating. Shiva will be observed at the home of Shirley Hoffman immediately following the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Zusman Hospice or Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital.
