Irving H. Fireman, of Bexley. Survived by wife, Sylvia; daughter, Judie (Larry) Ashkenaz; sons, Ben (Eva), Ted (Lori), and Steve (Janet) Fireman; sister, Ruthe Schwartz; sister-in-law, Shirley Fireman; grandchildren, Micha Fireman, Philip Ashkenaz, Mitchell Ashkenaz, Naomi Fireman, Maddie Fireman, Jared Ashkenaz, Marlana Fireman, Ellie Fireman, Emma Fireman and Sunnie Fireman. Irving was a veteran of WW II and a member of the Jewish War Veterans. He was also a member of the Jewish Community Center and Congregation Tifereth Israel where he volunteered for the Chevra Kadisha. Funeral service 1:30 PM, Monday, April 30, 2007 at CONGREGATION TIFERETH ISRAEL, 1354 E. Broad St., with Rabbi Michael Ungar and Cantor Jack Chomsky officiating. Burial to follow at New Tifereth Israel Cemetery. Memorials preferred to Zusman Community Hospice or Congregation Tifereth Israel.
