Gregg B. Robins Obituary (1946 - 2012)

Gregg B. Robins, age 66, passed away on July 12, 2012. Preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Sara Robins. He is survived by his wife, Barbara; sons, Adam (Erika), Jeff (Nadja), Si (Morgan) and Chase; brothers, Stanton (Linda) and Gary (Connie); sisters, Elaine (Nate) Goldberg and Judy (Jerry) Rosenwater; mother, Idah Robins; grandchildren, Beck, Neko and Ryder; aunts, Jean Mellman and Nancy Kahn; mother-in-law, Catherine Cheton; sisters-in-law, Anne (George) Slaughter and Debbie Gaston; brother-in-law, Charlie (Gail) Gaston and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Gregg was a loving husband, father, grandfather and brother. He was a former owner of numerous beer and wine distributorships and was a kind, compassionate and philanthropic person. Funeral Services will be held 11:00am on Sunday, July 15th at CONGREGATION TIFERETH ISRAEL, 1354 E. Broad St. with Rabbi Harold Berman officiating. Burial to follow at New Agudas Achim Cemetery. Shiva will be observed at Stanton and Linda Robins residence Sunday - Tuesday evenings services at 7:30pm. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory are preferred to Melissa's House, 1175 College Ave., Columbus 43209 or a charity of donor's choice.
