Ethel L. Izeman Obituary (1926 - 2013)

Ethel L. Izeman, age 87, passed away on June 24, 2013. Preceded in death by her husband, Ben Izeman; parents, Benjamin and Ida Ross; brothers, Charlie, Eli, Elliott and Morris; sisters, Lucille and Ruth. She is survived by her daughters, Jan (Dan) Eardly and Bonnie (Bob) Ramsay; son, Jeff (Janis Berenson) Izeman; sister, Sarah Alexander; granddaughters, Callie Eardly and Corin Berenson; brother-in-law, Saul "Shike" (Bobbie) Izeman: many nieces, nephews and cousins. Ethel was a member of Congregation Tifereth Israel, B'nai Brith, Jewish Community Center and Haddasah. Graveside services will be held at 1:00pm on Wednesday, June 26th at NEW AGUDAS ACHIM CEMETERY, 2565 Performance Pkwy. with Rabbi Harold Berman and Cantor Jack Chomsky officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations are preferred Wexner Heritage House or Congregation Tifereth Israel in her memory. Shiva will be observed at Wexner Heritage House immediately following the service. Friends are encouraged to join the family for Minyan at Cong. Tifereth Israel on Wednesday evening at 5:30pm.
