Elsie J. Levine Obituary (1920 - 2013)

Elsie J. Levine, age 92, passed away on August 9, 2013. Preceded in death by parents, Alexander and Elsa Roth; husband, Mortimer G. Levine; daughter, Laurie Wax; brothers, Alex Roth Jr. and Harry Roth; sisters, Rita Doniger and Dorothy Haines. She is survived by her daughters, Cathy (Jon Groner) Levine; Peri Wolfman and Marjorie Levine; grandchildren, Max Groner and Jesse Groner, Erik Wolfman, Alexander (Laura) Wolfman, Jamie Wax, Jessica Wax,; 4 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 12:00pm on August 11th at EPSTEIN MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 3232 E. Main St. with Rabbi Michael Ungar and Cantor Jack Chomsky officiating. Burial will follow at New Tifereth Israel Cemetery. Shiva will be observed at the home of Cathy Levine and Jon Groner. In lieu of flowers, donations are preferred to Zusman Hospice or Native American Indian Center of Central Ohio (NAICCO). in her memory.
