Dora Feldman Kopp Obituary (1947 - 2022)

Dora Feldman Kopp, born in Lublin Poland 1947, passed away peacefully on November 7, 2022, after battling Crohn’s & Progressive Supernuclear Palsy. Dora and her family emigrated to Israel and later the U.S., where the family settled in Akron Ohio. She graduated from Akron University and taught math at Buckeye Junior High School, Eastmoor High School, and retired from Columbus Torah Academy in Columbus. Dora was predeceased by her parents, Jack and Sarah Feldman and brother Edward (Reah). She is survived by husband Irwin (Chuck) Kopp, son Joshua (Jessica) and grandchildren Aryeh and Elisheva as well many family and friends in the U.S., Canada and Israel. The family wishes to thank Zusman Hospice and the warm and caring staff at the Cottages for the help, care, and support provided to Dora. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, November 9 at Epstein Memorial Chapel, 3232 E. Shiva will be held at the home of Jessica and Josh Kopp, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday from 4:30-7:30pm, with Mincha/Maariv at 5pm.
