Bernice G. Friedland

Bernice G. Friedland, of Bexley. Preceded in death by husband, Seymour (Zack). Survived by sons, Robert (Robin) Berman, of Vienna, VA, and Richard Berman, of Encino, CA; sister, Corinne (Dr. Kenneth) Krakoff, of Toledo, OH; grandson, Ben Berman, of Venice CA; granddaughter, Becca Berman, of Vienna, VA; nephews, David (Lorna) Krakoff, of Atlanta, GA, and Steven (Diane) Krakoff, of Columbus, OH. Bernice received her degree in social work from OSU. She was a member of Temple Israel. Of the many organizations of which she was a member, City of Hope was one of the closest to her heart. For the past year, Bernice resided at Creekside at the Village. Funeral service 11:30 AM Sunday, January 28, 2007 at THE EPSTEIN MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 3232 E. Main St., with Rabbi Misha Zinkow officiating. Burial to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, Temple Israel section. Shiva will be observed Sunday evening at Creekside at the Village.
